i was just an hour through the story well the mc kinda does represent how i felt by time well i do felt sad and no one cared about me and not just that welll my body shape is kinda chubby so yea i was thinking no one likes me cause that im chubby or somewhat and more ... meh
but all in all the story have been very good and i liked it now im going to continue reading it
Currently, the Content Creator edition is registering to the itch.io client as an "update" as opposed to a separate install, and would overwrite the base version. I don't think this is the intended functionality?
The content creator version is an alternative version of 0.3.4. It's only slightly different, and I want to preserve any saves anyone had made. I do want it to override the base version for anyone who wants to download it.
The regular version of 0.3.4 is still available for everyone else.
That's... not the point. I have to manually check for updates because the system always thinks there's an update. And less annoyingly, but still inconveniently, I need to right click to select Launch instead of just clicking to Update. It's also not possible to have both versions installed simultaneously, which doesn't affect me, but may affect some people.
Maybe you don't use the client so you don't understand what I'm talking about? You've made it extremely inconvenient for client users to use anything except the Content Creator version.
And for the players who don't use the client, they would need to download the versions separately regardless of which they want to use, so there would be no override under any circumstances.
If you want Content Creator to override the base version while still being an option, it seems much more reasonable to simply add it as a toggle and have only one version.
I've reuploaded the standard version of 0.3.4 so it will (hopefully) be listed as the latest. I don't use the itch client and don't know many people who do, so I apologize for the inconvenience.
Yep, that worked. I did have to uninstall and reinstall since my old installation was now completely defunct, but it now registers them as separate downloads.
BTW, the problem wasn't that 3.4 wasn't registering as the latest version, but that Content Creator was registering as an update from 3.4 rather than being a separate entity. But that's fixed now.
Gosh, why does Chester have to be so damn handsome~? 😍 I love the direction the story is taking, and with how immersive the writing is, I easily become lost while reading 😌
I love the MC more than any of the supposed love interests, he's so soft and cuddly but hot and charming at the same time, relatable to a sense and very realistic portrayal of internal conflict
Ok I gotta know, I feel like it's gonna be coincidence but I hear one thing in the taco place song... (and brings me some PTSD of another game) buuuuuut it has the same pattern as "Clown Song" from Your turn to die... I can't unhear it!
Hey, regarding your issues with playtesting the android version. Have you tried finding a Emulator? I am studying to do web programming so I've done some research myself and found out that emulators are regularly used by non-browser programmers.

Great update! Darrell is just too sweet :) him and Dave are definitely my favorites I can't break away from the sweet big guys.
