Hey, friends :3. This is a quick little post just to address some of the feedback and questions I'm getting on the demo.

First of all, we're at OVER closing in on 900 1000 downloads!! 🙀

Thank you all so much for your interest and support. It's beyond appreciated 💖.

So I would like to address a few frequently asked questions:

• Is this the first build of the game? 
  • Yes, but no, but also yes. I'm calling the demo "build 0" because this isn't the official release I want. That being said, I did want to put my game out there because a lot of it is already complete. I didn't want to keep people waiting. This project has been in development for over 1 year and I wanted to put something out there to show for it.
  • I also wanted to get the general vibe of what people want to see and what I can improve on. I plan on improving what you see in build 0 so that build 1 can be as great as it possibly can be.

• Will there be any more paywalled story content?
  • No. This is the only time where Patrons and the public will have access to different versions of the game. Going forward, Patrons will have early access, but not exclusive access to a build. 
  • There will be exclusive art offerings on Patreon in the future, but for now, the plan is to provide the exact same product to everyone. The only thing that changes is when a reader has access.
  • Also to address a possible follow up question: Yes. If you wanna see MC whacking-it, you can see it during build 1's release this fall! Or you can become a Patron. Your choice 💖

• Who will be the love interests?
  • I've made a post concerning this question. But I want to make another announcement while I'm at it.
  • The characters Dave (skunk) and Chester (wolf) will have romatic routes.
    • You may be asking yourself, "They're married to each other. How's that going to work?"
    • All I have to say in response is, "Just wait and see 😉."

Now, let's talk about the main feedback I've been receiving (good and bad):

• The story has a lot of verbose passages.
  • Agreed. I'll be working on cutting back. I also have an interesting idea of how to create a good compromise between readers who want to be immersed in detailed descriptions, and those who couldn't care less.

• MC is VERY horny.
  • Some folks have presented this sentiment to me as good and bad feedback. Some players really enjoy it and relate to it. Others don't.
  • Ultimately, in my effort to cut out verbose passages, I think I'll also have to cut down on some of the horny inner monologue from the MC. I think I'll be killing two birds with one stone.
  • Don't worry horny MC stans, he'll still be riled up. But I think it's best to tone it down. Just a little.

• The OST is great!
  • I've heard so many good things about the tunes we're offering. The main goal of ChoPro is to deliver a VN experience that integrates audio elements into the narrative. I'm happy that folks are enjoying the soundscape.
  • Make sure you go give Martini Dog and Axel Locker some love if you enjoyed the soundscape!
    • I (BowerPuma) also had a little bit of a hand in the soundscape design too :>.

• The art and character designs are great!
  • I've only seen a handful of people who dissent from this sentiment. Which means we're probably doing it right!
  • Make sure to give Rinzy, Drake, and Cream some love if you enjoy the art and characters designs so far!

• The chonky MC is great!
  • Again, I've seen some people not enjoy his extra cushion. But I'm so glad a lot of you love him 💖
  • It was a bit of a risk, making a plus size MC. I knew not everyone was going to enjoy him. However, from what I've seen, a lot of people have found him refreshing. So I'm happy to hear that! As a chubby man myself, I'm always happy to give us bigger guys some representation 😌
  • If you love the MC, make sure to give Cream some love too for drawing him so well! 😻
