(SPOILERS!) How to access Darrell & Chester's Routes
Hi y'all! Bowser again.
I wanted to make a separate DevLog about route access to keep spoilers away from the main announcement log.
This is your last spoiler warning. This will be a light spoiler, I'll only reveal as much as necessary to unlock the routes.

Chester's route is the default route. If you don't unlock Darrell's route, then you'll start Chester's. Chester's route (at this time) does not need to be unlocked by the player.
Darrell's route will become available to the player if they satisfy two or more of the following conditions:
- Chose the "edgy" outfit at the thrift store.
- Pregame with Cliff & Pat at their apartment.
- Get wings with Darrell at the food truck lot.
When you unlock Darrell's route, you'll encounter this menu:

By pregame, does that mean going to their apartment or specifically having drinks instead of water at first. I assume I didn't get the Darrell route bc I had water and chose the classy outfit, though we did get wings.
You're correct. If you have alcohol instead of water, you'll meet one of the conditions.
I see that Chester isn't true to himself but what if the OC found out that Chester and Corey were old Boyfriends before David showed up and after Corey left Chester and David got married

Brilliant job with build 3 I tried to do a twitch stream for it a little bit but for some reason it didn't save it it was going to be my way auditioning but I know you have your own way of doing things but it was the best way I k n e w how to practice and everything
I believe that if you follow Chester's route then you'll be able to explore his relationship with his husband as like a plus 1

i mean, polyamory does exist even after marriage. if everything is consensual and transparent, you can indeed be married to one person and also be dating other people, and your married partner can even be friends with your other date(s) if everyone is okay with that. hell, in that arrangement the other married person will probably also be dating other people too, and that doesnt inherently make the marriage any less meaningful. ive been in that situation before as the non-married person, and its actually pretty chill. however, if the other married partner doesnt know anything is going on, thats a straight-up emotionally-manipulative relationship, and is 100% not okay regardless of whether or not the partner would have been fine with the situation if they had been informed. in this case it feels like the events of the story might unfold more towards something like that, since we don't know if dave is aware of chesters extra-marital feelings, so im a bit nervous about how that will be revealed in later updates. plenty of people will unfortunately lie and tell their extra-marital date that everything is legit when it is, in fact, not at all legit, so the mc should tread very carefully indeed :f thats a very long answer to your comment, but hopefully an informative one!
