Hi friends, it's Bowser (yet again uwu)

Hope you're all doing well! Been a few days since I last made a devlog. So, I think it's a good time to give you some updates on how everything's going.

Staccato 4

• Story is 100% written and the script is 100% integrated into RenPy.
• Waiting on a small sprite asset to be made (somebody is going to be mad I said that 😇).
• I've done about 50% of the coding for this. Sprites are there, I just need them to emote the right way.
• This should be done within the next week or two. Not going to rush, though.
• Enjoy the little teaser I attached u.u

Build 5

• As a reminder, Build 5 will be retelling the story of day 6 from the perspective of Darrell's route.
• Writing is about 50% done.
• New sprite is about 75% done.
• New CG is about 50% done.
• No new tunes for this build. All the hard work was done with Build 4!
• Voice acting and coding will start once the script is complete. I'm falling a little behind 🙃.
• My goal is to get Build 5 100% done before Anthrocon (first weekend of July). I'm going to push for this so you guys can get the new build ASAP. Also, I can have a (relatively) stress-free Anthrocon.

Speaking of Anthrocon…

• Chord Progressions is coming to Anthrocon 2024! I'll be there, plus Racky, Axel, and Dev all plan on attending.
• I'll be hosting the panel "What are Furry Visual Novels & How to Make Them".
  • The panel will be exactly what it describes. I'll introduce the crowd to FVN's, talk about what makes them great, and then transition into talking about VN creation.
• I'll also be hosting the "Furry Visual Novel Fan & Creators Meetup"!
  • This is a meet & greet where I'm inviting creators and fans of FVN's to get together.
• If you're coming to Anthrocon, you're invited to these events! I would love to see you there :3.
• Right now, these events are not scheduled. Once I learn what date/time these will be, I'll fill you in!

Some other random stuff!

• ChoPro has a fan wiki! Made by the lovely Blake!
• Merch Drop 2 will be announced soon. I'll post here when it's available.
  • As a heads up, it'll be US domestic shipping only again.
  • I'm sorry international fans 😭. I cannot find a way to ship you product without paying like… $30-$40 per package. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.
• ChoPro fan artists are now invited to the Chord Progressions VN Community Discord Server! If you drew fan art and I didn't invite you, please DM me.
